Customer will receive a full refund for cancellations within 24 hours following the time of booking.

Partial refund

Customers will receive a partial refund for any cancellations after that time.

No refund

Customers will not be refunded for any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the tour.

Customers may postpone their tour with no penalty instead.

Exception

Extreme weather is the exception to the 24-hour rule — if conditions make the tour unsafe, your booking is not treated as a late cancellation.

We will reschedule your Gossip Tour at no extra cost.

How to cancel or postpone your tour

Tell us whether you would like to cancel or simply move to another date — postponing is always free.
We reply with your new time or your refund confirmation, processed to the original payment method.
